No my friend you do not. Rentals will be dropped off and picked up by us. Your items will be dropped of the day of your event at least 4 hours before your event for parties and 1-2 hours for picnics and picked up same day.
Depending on price of rented item a charge may be applied and a portion or all of your deposit will be kept.
I will arrive at least at least 3-4 hours before a party or event and 1- 2 hours before for a picnic depending on the setup needs. Decorations and rented items will be picked up directly following the event.
No sorry. Our rentals are not out for display and are kept in storage when not in use. However, you may receive pictures and measurements of your rented items.

Glad it was a hit! Please do not leave items unattended. Contact us at least 45minutes in advance so we can make arrangements for earlier pickup. We'd hate for something to happen to our belongings & have to charge to replace any items.

$200 for 2 people. $225 for 3-4, $250 for 5-6 guests, $275 for 6-8 guests. Igloo prices start at $300 for 2 , $ 325 for 3-4, $350 for 5-6 guest, $ 375 for 6-8 guests.
So glad you asked! Pick a package and a theme! Sign our Picnic Contract. Provide date, location, time of party and time event space can be accessed, email address and phone number and emergency phone number in case you can't be reached. Sign rental agreement if Add-ons are used. Also provide proof of event space or park approval if not in clients home. Please make sure area to be decorated is clear of clutter and cleaned prior to arrival. If picnic is at clients home please be sure to clear area of leaves and branches to ensure your day is as successful as possible.

Your deposit of 50% due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event. Date and theme must be confirmed first prior to booking.
If you find you need to cancel your event let's try to reschedule it first. I know you were excited for it & I was too. If we can't reschedule for a later date your money will be returned if notified of cancellation 2 weeks prior to event.

Please book at least 1 week prior for party rentals so your items can be cleaned and packed. For events decorated by me, please book at least 2 months in advance. No one likes a rushed party y'all.
No worries. We can't control the weather. We will work with you to reschedule. If we can't find a date your money will be returned. See contract for more weather related cancellations.
